In 1998, Rob and Lori Ettinger established California Cushion & Carpet, a flooring showroom tailored to trade professionals. They take pride in being a family-run business with two lovely daughters, Emma and Grace. Nicole joined the team in 2014 and brings a wealth of knowledge, enhancing our customer service. Emma, Rob and Lori's daughter, balances college and work, bringing a smile to the office daily. Since February 2019, Leslie has excelled in office management, social media marketing and sales, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service. Grace, the youngest Ettinger, lends a hand around the office and some social media, adding her fun personality to the mix. Our furry office mascots, Tuffy and Finn, bring joy to all who visit, with Tuffy being the affectionate veteran and Finn, the mischievous newcomer. We're proud supporters of the Orange County Ronald McDonald House, contributing meals and hardwood floors to support their noble cause.

Rob & Lori Ettinger

Rob & Lori founded California Cushion & Carpet in 1998 as a to-the-trade flooring showroom and is proud to be labeled as a “family run business”. They’ve been married since 1997 and have 2 beautiful daughters Emma, 16 & Grace, 13.

Nicole Ledbetter

Nicole has been with California Cushion & Carpet since 2014. She loves working with our clientele and her knowledge and experience make her a great asset to California Cushion & Carpet.

Julia Valdovinos

Julia has been with us since November, 2025. She has become an important member of our sales team and helps out with some of our social media marketing. Julia has a background in design and has great customer service. We appreciate all her hard work and dedication she put in every day.

Finn & Dakota

Finn and Dakota are, our two loveable mascots. Finn is 7 and Dakota is just a little spitfire of 5 months old. The boys love coming to work and making everyones day. They would love to greet every person that comes in the door with slobbery kisses. The are great at picture taking and we love to share all the goof images while they are here. We have to put them to work!
